1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and pk345 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk345 online gaming platform, accessible at pk345.im, including all associated services, software, mobile applications, live casino games, sportsbook facilities, virtual casino products, and payment processing services.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the pk345 platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk345 platform and close your account.

pk345 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain a pk345 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk345 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Registering or attempting to register as a minor is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must be a natural individual person, not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by pk345 or any other gaming operator to which pk345 has access.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or family member of a current employee or director of pk345 or any of its affiliated entities.

pk345 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pk345 may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) pk345 account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your pk345 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes at any time.

• Registrations using false, incomplete, or third-party identity information are strictly prohibited.
• pk345 may require CNIC documentation, selfie verification, or additional identity documents at any point.
• Account credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes — are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your pk345 account, whether or not authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact pk345 support at [email protected] immediately.

pk345 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. The Company will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pk345 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and USDT (cryptocurrency).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is Rs 500.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit to your pk345 balance within 30 seconds under normal network conditions.
• Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are subject to standard Pakistani interbank clearing times of one to three business hours.
• USDT deposits are processed following blockchain network confirmation, typically within 15 minutes.
• pk345 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed only to verified payment methods that match the account holder's registered identity.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 20 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one to three hours during business hours.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification checks prior to processing.
• pk345 reserves the right to apply a reasonable processing review period of up to 24 hours for withdrawals exceeding Rs 200,000 as part of its anti-money laundering procedures.
• Funds that are subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully satisfied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pk345 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be claimed by new registrations created solely to obtain bonus funds.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each offer. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically at the end of the stated period.
• pk345 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Multiple accounts, coordinated bonus abuse, or any other form of promotional fraud will result in immediate bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure.
• Games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sportsbook bets may carry different contribution percentages as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with bonus funds. Exceeding the maximum bonus bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

VIP programme rewards, including Gold and Diamond tier benefits, are governed by the separate VIP Programme Terms available within the pk345 platform. VIP status is earned through genuine wagering activity and cannot be purchased, transferred, or gifted.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on pk345 — including casino games, live casino, sportsbook, and virtual sports — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. pk345 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except where a specific game or sport rule provides otherwise.
• In the event of a technical fault, network disruption, or system error that affects the outcome of a bet, pk345 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's balance.
• For cricket betting, including PSL and Pakistan international fixtures, pk345 applies the rules of the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC) in determining match and series outcomes. Abandoned or incomplete matches are settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules published within the sportsbook section.
• Odds displayed are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the final odds that apply to that wager.
• pk345 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market at its sole discretion.
• Winnings from clearly erroneous odds — including misquoted prices or technical pricing errors — may be voided at pk345's discretion regardless of bet confirmation status.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk345 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another individual, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live casino games, or sportsbook markets.
• Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, free bets, or promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Automated Tools: Use of bots, scripts, AI-driven betting tools, browser automation software, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the pk345 platform.
• Vulnerability Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation will result in voiding of all affected bets and winnings.
• Money Laundering: Using the pk345 platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crime.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one pk345 account under the same or different identities.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to access the platform if you are under 21 years of age.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk345 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, interface design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk345 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk345 platform solely for your personal, recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pk345 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any pk345 software.
• Create derivative works based on pk345 platform content or game mechanics.
• Use pk345 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any commercial context without written consent.

Any unauthorised use of pk345 intellectual property will result in immediate licence termination, account closure, and may give rise to legal action under applicable intellectual property and commercial law.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

pk345 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the pk345 platform, you acknowledge and consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by pk345 includes registration information (name, CNIC number, date of birth, mobile number, email address), financial transaction data, gameplay activity records, device and connection data, and communications with pk345 support. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and the improvement of pk345 services.

pk345 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement where required by law or by the Company's AML compliance obligations.

10 Responsible Gaming

pk345 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Pakistani player base. The Company recognises that while the majority of players engage with the platform for entertainment, a minority may develop problematic gambling behaviours, and it takes its duty of care in this regard seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pk345 players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spend. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; reductions apply immediately.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk345 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pk345 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and accepted as such by the player.
• Losses arising from technical faults, network disruptions, server downtime, or third-party service interruptions.
• Losses resulting from the player's failure to maintain account security, including sharing credentials or failure to enable 2FA.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any nature, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk345's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

pk345 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company makes every reasonable effort to maintain 99.9% platform uptime, it does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times.

12 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your pk345 account by contacting support at [email protected]. pk345 will process voluntary account closures within five (5) business days, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawal reviews, or ongoing investigations.

pk345 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, at any time, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• pk345 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other form of prohibited conduct.
• The player has failed to complete required identity or age verification within the specified timeframe.
• The player has become subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Continued operation of the account would expose pk345 to legal or regulatory risk.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, pk345 reserves the right to withhold and void any funds in the account that are associated with the breach, including bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Legitimate real-money balances not associated with any breach will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following the completion of any applicable investigation.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk345 holds its primary gaming licence, as published on the platform from time to time.

In the event of a dispute between you and pk345, you agree to first attempt resolution through pk345's internal customer support process by contacting [email protected]. pk345 undertakes to respond to formal dispute notices within five (5) business days and to use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within the stated timeframe, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed internationally recognised arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pk345 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pk345 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk345 will notify registered players via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the pk345 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date.
